Court: Bosov's Vostokcoal files for bankruptcy
MOSCOW, Aug 26 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Region Arbitration Court registered an application for bankruptcy by Managing Company VostokCoal, formerly co-owned by billionaire Dmitry Bosov, on Monday, according to the documents seen by PRIME on Wednesday.
Consideration has not started.
Bosov owned VostokCoal on a parity basis with Alexander Isayev. In April, Isayev was fired due to alleged large-scale malpractices. Bosov was found dead in May. According to the register of companies, Isayev’s stake is owned by the company and Bosov’s by his widow Katerina. Isayev is trying to regain his stake in court, and the stake is under arrest.
